Terrific service throughout the years. I've used Flemington Floral for holidays, birthdays, hospital stays and most recently for memorial flowers for my Nana. Always professional and kind and a beautiful store as well

Horrible customer service, just awful. If I wanted to buy a premade arrangement I wouldnt ask if I could have one made. Never coming here again, there are much better places to go.

Great store. Tons of choices. Great customer service 20+ years and the customer service has / is always great. Exactly what you want when looking for a non-franchise type store, personalized customer care from beginning to end.

Flemington Floral went out of their way to for me today when they didn't have to do that, but just out of sheer kindness! I ordered sympathy flowers online today to be Same Day delivered to someone's home outside of Flemington (I didn't know they didn't deliver there). First, they tried on their own to get 3 other florists to make the delivery that were much closer to the address the flowers were to go to. They all refused the order. So, Flemington Floral took the drive themselves and made sure a the beautiful Sympathy Bouquet I ordered arrived even earlier than I'd expected! Since I live out of state, it was important to me that the family received them before they left for the viewing, and they did thanks to the caring folks at FF! How refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service! You just don't get that too often these days. So, I thought it was worth remarking upon, and saying, Thank you!!
