Unreliable. Not open when they say they will be. Sold my wife a gift card that was a gift for my
Mother with no mention of closing.. my mother went shopping today on 12/26/21 and waited from 12pm to 1:30pm the doors remained locked. You advertised being open today starting at 12. Very rude and unprofessional. I expect a full refund since she could not use her gift card

Beautiful place to find that lovely housewarming gift or anything for your own home! I look forward to shopping here again. I'm definitely coming back here for mother's day.

I returned to this store to give it another try after I learned that there was new ownership. The new owner has "transformed" this store. Although there was always soft, instrumental music and nice offerings, what transformed this store, and set it apart for me, was their new owner and her calm way of interacting with us. I feel I could linger over items while enjoying the music and when I have questions, the owner makes herself available to help. It really feels like a spa experience now.
