The office staff were friendly on the phone but anything  but friendly in person.  The doctor in her own words was sorry she was so AGITATED about my mother's health insurance! First things first of course but what Dr doesn't understand what Medicare advantage is?  She was point blank rude and addressed me,not my mother!  Her skills  were hard to determine, she was so scattered!  I was having difficulty walking and was made to walk back and forth needlessly.  Upon leaving I was asked if we wanted to make another appointment. My response was a resounding NO.  I no sooner got home and got a call asking me again if we wanted to make another appointment.  Again the answer was no!!  Steer clear!
