Dr Phillips recently did cataract surgery on me. He was understanding and validated my fear that having someone messing in your eye can provoke anxiety. He did a great job on the day of surgery, and the day after, making sure I understood how hed corrected my severe astigmatism and how he worked with the fact my pupils dont dilate as well as most people at the time of surgery. I highly recommend him as an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon.

Had a new pt appt today at 2pm. Got there on time, got me in within 15 min, did the dilation, and checked my glasses and eyes,sat back in the waiting room for 50 mins. Saw people that came after me going in too see the Dr I was going to see, after saying something, I believe they forget I was there, finally got seen, he did his exam less than 15 min. Not happy about this place, never going back. I went there because it was close to where I work .

Extremely long waiting times and terrible at returning phone calls.

Absolutely HORRIBLE in Clinton location. No respect for people's time. I waited two months to get an appointment as a new patient. I got there 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork as they ask you too. Filled it out and waited an hour and 5 minutes only to be told that we had to have eye dilation which my daughter and I get very bad migraines from, so we opt out to pay more for a scan instead. Was told no doctor will not let you, must do dilation. Told them that was ridiculous that I would sign a waiver. They said no. Other people waiting over an hour and half and complaining in the waiting room as well. Place is dirty and dingy. We both left. I called Danielle (front desk officer manager) and was told she would talk to her other doctor and call me the next day to work something out. Never called. Wasted all this time when I could have gone to another place. Will never go here again; they don't care and so now neither do I.
