I just had to take the time out to shout this place out !!! They are truly amazing !! The guy Mev explained everything to me from The process the amount of the vehicle the vehicles history any maintenance that was done on the vehicle and literally I called as I was driving buy seen a vehicle I wanted and two minutes later I walked into Diggis and he made the transaction so smooth I was only there for about 45 min to an hour the most. they even re detailed my vehicle made sure it was ready to drive off the lot and handled all the tags and title process !! This is literally my first time buying a vehicle straight out and gosh I would recommend this place to any and everyone ! They do not leave you uneducated! I thank you so much for your wonderful customer service it was a pleasure doing business with you !

HORRIBLE AND VERY SHADY! I contacted Sal about a vehicle. I got the details, scheduled to come and see it ( I live 5 hrs away), called my bank and got the loan. I had been in contact with Sal and the Manager throughout the day getting things faxed to the back so everything was ready to purchase the vehicle. I contacted Sal on a Monday evening, i told him that everything was approved for the loan and we would be there at 11 am on Saturday fir the vehicle. I wanted to put money down to reserve the vehicle, but he told me that he was outside with customers and will call me back in an hour to obtain my deposit information. He never contacted me. I woke up to a facebook message from Sal, "the vehicle is no longer available." I was so upset! I called at 830 am and spoke with the manager. He confirmed that Sal had sold it. I was absolutely livid! What kind of person does that to someone. 100% guarenteed sale and sold it right out from underneath someone! I have also filed a claim with the BBB! Buyers beware! This place does not care about its customers or doing things the RIGHT way!

For anyone whos looking to get a car and having a peace of mind Sal is the guy to talk to just have been having my car and my family cars for almost 5 month I didnt have no problem with the car or my family great place to buy a car from I highly recommend to Jersey city people or anyone buying their first car and Sal is the guy who take care of his customers like his family always helping his customers having the best cars
