    Horrible hotel. Planned on a 2 night stay, second day at 4pm I get a call saying they moved out my belongings and gave out my room. If check out is at 11 why would I get a call at 4 pm. So unprofessional. Also hair in The shower from the previous guest. RUDE and unprofessional team!!!

    Have stayed here twice in the past 3 years. Have family who live near here, convenient location. Very clean hotel, never had an issue. A/C vent was clean which is also a must check first. Obviously next to a water park so you will get families with children and some noise. But still one of the most comfortable hotels I stay at. Only issue is you need to ask for room service before 8am dont forget. Small shop next to front desk could be stocked better as well. No Tylenol etc. As someone with allergies I had no issues staying here, clean and crisp hotel and great price Rooms: Clean rooms. No real issues. No perfumes or masking scents. Have allergies and had no issues here

    One day prior to our reserved stay, Hilton solicited us to check in online for a contactless check-in. We used the app and chose our room. The app indicated we were all set. Later we were notified that we needed to check in at the front desk because, "more information was needed". On arriving at the hotel, we were greeted just outside the front door by cloud of cigarette smoke from an employee on break. The employee at the counter (who also smelled of cigarette smoke) could not find our reservation immediately after giving her our name. We eventually had to give her our reservation number. She then informed us that she had to charge $100 on our card for, incidentals. The room was comfortable but the television did not work. We did not get much sleep because our room was adjacent to the breakfast area and someone was preparing for breakfast at 4:30 am and playing loud music. We voiced our concerns at checkout and was offered points which we declined because we do not accumulate enough points to make it significant. Ironically the discussion at the front desk was near the sign that read, Satisfaction Guaranteed. We visit family in the Mount Laurel area several time each year. We have other hotel choices. We will not again stay at the Hampton Inn nor can we recommend the hotel. Update: dropped it to one star. The hotel reached out and said, they could not refund any portion of my stay because I prepaid for the room. They are admitting that they know what to do to make things right, but they cannot because of their own system.

Mr. Cunningham,Thank you so much for your comments and feedback. Our guest's 100% satisfaction IS our number one priority, so we sincerely apologize that this was not the case with your stay with us. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff does come in early to start breakfast, however, we are truly sorry that your sleep was interrupted because of this. We also apologize for your TV not working properly. We just switched our cable provider within this past month, so unfortunately, we are still working out the last few kinks, which should be rectified very soon. As for your unpleasant employee interaction, the appropriate departments have been addressed to keep this from happening again in the future. Again, we pride ourselves in our guest's satisfaction, so we truly hope that you will give us another chance to give you the full Hampton Inn experience. We will do everything in our power to ensure your stay is up to your Hilton expectations.
