I took my car in for the first oil change. I waited in the service area waiting room while my car was being serviced. It was about 1 and 1/2 hour wait. They provided water, coffee and bagels for customers who were waiting for service. When finished, they brought my keys to me, had me sign paper and I was on my way.

I just want to say I usually never write reviews, but after my last experience with Barlow Chevrolet I felt compelled. My wife and I were out for a drive in our 2024 Chevy Trax (almost a year old now) , Anyhow something minor malfunctioned , I told my wife since we were somewhat near your dealership, lets call Barlow and see if we could bring it in. We called Barlow (thanks to the phone number attached to the key fob). I got the service department and spoke to a Tracy. She said without hesitation, said bring it right in. We got there and I was told to pull the vehicle right in the service bay.and immediately two service technicians went into action. The problem was rectified within 5 minutes. I`m 79 and bought many new cars (especially from Barlow) and because of their dedication and loyalty to it`s customers I would never buy another car at any other place. We really want to thank Barlow Chevrolet and their dedicated staff for their prompt and courteous service.

Jim Barel is the best car salesman at Barlow Chevrolet. He always gets the vehicle I need/want. He is very respectful and never pushes anything on you. He explains every detail of the functions on your vehicle, and it is always a pleasure when you get a new vehicle by a respectable salesman who also knows your budget.

since I don't drive much, I do keep a check on the oil life thru the info and tires pressure. When I deem it's time, the car goes in for it's normal oil change and whatever else is needed. If the car requires further work, it's always a pleasure to bring it in. The staff is pleasant and since I've been a customer a long time, I've come to know and enjoy that they are looking out for my car to be in tip top shape.
