My 14 year old son started training a few months ago and my 10 and 11 year old this month. They all want to get stronger and faster for baseball, but they are learning things that will keep them healthy and fit well beyond their time swinging a bat. I have and will continue to recommend lights out to friends

Lights Out is everything you need in a baseball/workout facility. Everything you need to get ready or stay ready for your season. Professional atmosphere and highly recommend for players all any level.

Bryan has completely transformed me as an athlete over the past 3-4 years. Lights out has been almost a second home for me, and Bryan has been an extremely good friend and mentor for me throughout my high school and college baseball journey.
