        12 noon and always one teller in the lobby, what kind of bank services clients at busy hour with 1 teller in the lobby. Very unpleasant experience every time Im here, better off banking with Wells Fargo. Oh! And I have a commercial account and theres no commercial line ever!

        1-Improve your workflow and process. It should not take 15 minutes to process one check deposit and one cash deposit. 2- Your drive thru tellers should learn basic customer service hello and thank you for your service, have a nice day!
