Came in to do a next up , upgrade . Ive done this 10 times and its always super simple . However I got a new line added to my account and they took my phone traded it in and created the biggest headache Ive ever dealt with . Numerous hour long phone calls with customer service, getting absolutely no where saying I have to somehow get my old phone back after they already took it and shipped it out. Than give back the iPhone 15 they gave me AND THAN AGAIN trade back in my old phone AGAIN and hope that they do their job correctly this time and itll be fixed . Oh and if I dont act quickly enough Im going to be charged two phone bills for their mistake . I wish I could give 0 stars cause I would . Its crazy how employees could mess up and it becomes the customers problem, and than theres an overwhelming attitude mostly from supervisors who get put on speaker right in front of me that it is what it is / tough luck/ figure it out . Garbage customer service
