        Worst experience to have.... these people in this store are the worst employees verizon could have ... they have caused me a mess that has taken me well over a week (12days and counting so far) to sort out... I have never had an issue until this store (Matt imparticulally) touched my account! He even told my fiance he wasn't charging him for the activation on his watch which is a dead face lie! U can't waive activation fees it's required by Verizon.... if this is an authorized dealer they need to loose the right to represent Verizon... if this is a Verizon corporate store then the need to wipe the store and put new management and employees period! BTW Matt you may have got credit for the s24 ultra and u snaked the credit for the watch6 but, I got one on u cause u lost the credit for the s9 fe tablet... FAFO generation right here!! I will be sure to tell EVERYONE to stay clear of this store at 2490 US Highway 22 E, Union, NJ 07083 worst store u could ever do business in!

        Both people my wife dealt with today at this store today were pure trash. Sarcastic, combative and condescending. These people should not be working with the public.

        I went in the the store to buy headphones. The sales person was great. I get home take the headphones out of the box I noticed the seal on the box was missing. When I opened the box no headphones. I called as soon as I open the box. Now I have to go back in the morning to deal with this. I have never had an issue like this before.
