First time buying a product @ J&M bought myself a new Stihl leaf blower. Gentleman was super friendly & helpful and was willing to answer any questions I had about the product.
I Definitely recommend J&A Mower.

Horrible. This is the second time we had an issue and will be our last. Brought them two snow blowers solely for oil changes and confirmed when I dropped off that they were both filled with fresh gas. I get a call to pick them both up and the bill is including more services than I asked for. When going through the bill, they decided to just dump the gas, from each, and refill them with their gas. When I asked why they would dump fresh gas or take it upon themselves to do more services than I asked, without pre approval/prior notification, they just started stuttering saying uh idk, we didnt know it was fresh.On top of that, they are soooo rude. For the woman at the front, handling customers, if you dont like your job, quit, but dont talk to clients like were an inconvenience.
