Stay away! I don't know of how they stay in business. My husband and I spoke with a woman over the phone about 4 times that week, setting up to bring our snowblower for service Saturday morning. I asked her if I can bring the lawn mower too because I was paying someone to transport them for me but she said no, only the snowblower which I was fine with. I asked her what time they open Saturdays and she said 8:30 am. We arrived on Saturday with the snowblower and she was not in, just an elderly man with an attitude. He was in the back and my husband stood there for several minutes calling out to him. Finally he came over and his greeting was "what do you want" He refused to accept the snowblower even after we told him we had spoken with the woman several times during the week and paid someone to take in the snowblower and he continued to refuse and gave me their business card, telling me she comes in at 9:30 to give her a call. Luckily we called one of their competitors on Roselle Park who told us to bring it right over and they completed the service in less than 1 week!
