This was my first home buying experience and Conrad did a great job letting me know what to be expected and how to prepare. Mr. Jorge is a dedicated professional when it comes to working with his clients. Throughout the refinance process of my mortgage, he worked tirelessly past the hours of a normal business day to make sure the deal was done on time. He was very transparent the entire process. If he was unable to answer a question, he made sure to source someone within the company who could.
