The process was really super fast. They kindly answered all of my questions. Less than 40 minutes me and my wife got our debit cards. Thanks a lot Catherine and other staff.

I don't normally write reviews, but one super rude teller frustrated me today. I am specifically writing about one teller as another friendlier teller had helped me in the past. This rude teller needs to be re-trained on how to provide solutions and communicate with customers. She did not offer a solution, told me she refused to help me, and essentially kicked me out of the bank. It was so upsetting that after I had left, I called the bank to get the teller's name to file a complaint. I had a conversation with the general manager and he was able to provide me with solutions to the problem that the teller wasn't willing to help with. Make sure to speak with the manager if the tellers are being rude and unhelpful at this location. I have not had any problems at other TD bank locations.
Update: Turns out the rude teller is the assistant manager at this site. Beware.
