        I have never had a bad experience at Lakeland Bank. The staff Laura, Woodline, Ken go out of their way to help me anytime I have a problem or question.

        Ken and Woodlyn are great. Laura is also a great help anytime I need anything. Kens a great manager and if it wasnt for them I wouldnt stay with Lakeland.

        Worst bank Ive ever been to. Its no surprise that the Pompton Plains location shut down after how much these banks mess up. Ive been back and forth about an old account of mine not being closed properly. Its been years since Ive banked at Lakeland bank, yet somehow my account is still open after being there in person to close it? These issues need to be escalated to higher management since the branch manager has no idea whats going on.
