        I'm sorry but this location I do not recommend they do not care for the customers just those who they know from town .

        IMPOSSIBLE to get InTouch with anybody in customer service regarding my mortgage. 2 phones going at once, for OVER 1 hour no one picks up. This is NO WAY to do Business. I suggest you look elsewhere and DON'T do business with Valley National Bank!!!!

        The manager there Shalonda Christmas is absolutely ridiculous. Has no sympathy for your situation. Very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BANKING AT VALLEY.

        Has gone down hill over the years I cant believe i have to write for mobile deposit only on the check to do a mobile deposit and the email me saying missing endorsement!! GFY !!!
