        RUDE, uncaring, nasty and unhelpful staff!!  When a family member died and we had to transfer accounts they could not have been less helpful.It took over an hour to open a new account which could've easily been done in less than 5 minutes!!   They couldn't answer basic questions about an IRA.  I would NEVER bank here if they paid me.  Banking is a very competitive industry so I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business yet.
