We bought the 2021 jeep compass trailhawk in March. Since day 1 of the purchase we have struggled with the vehicle. We bought it on a Saturday and I picked it up on a Monday. We live roughly and hour away from this dealer. About 50 minutes into my drive home I get an alert warning about the "tire pressure system fault". All tires had proper air. I was advised to bring it to a local shop by one of the dealership managers. I brought it to my local midas where we get our car serviced. Upon investigation of the system fault Enterprise removed the tire pressure sensors from the car the cost to replace them was $750. I advised Enterprise of the price and was told to bring the car back. We reached the resolution after a 20 minute conversation as to why I would have the car serviced there. Enterprise ended up paying for it. Once the sensor had been installed they still did not read properly and it was narrowed down to a computer fault. It was another fight to get them to replace that but we did get it done.
I am writing this now because while a small problem this truly shows how carless there technicians are. While driving the license plate light housing fell out while driving. Upon investigation this light housing was held in by a balled up piece of masking tape. I have not reached out about this as of yet as we just saw it this evening.
Through this the manager Paul was rude and inefficient in responding and returning calls during the original situation and hope it's handled better now.
In short parts had been left out of the car because the root of the problem could not be fixed. Instead of spending $20 to fix an issue they took a short cut to get it out. There are several other cosmetic issues that had been hidden and loosened interior pieces.
In short at the moment I would not consider purchasing a car from this location or possibly enterprise in general.
