Wayne Hyundai

I had been a few weeks into my mission to upgrade my current leased 2019 Hyundai Tucson to the unexpectedly hard-to-get 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (SEL Convenience) when I found online that Wayne Hyundai seemed to have a few in inventory and jumped to set up an appt. My partner and I met with Matt (Ahmed) and he was very transparent in telling me that the Amazon Gray Tucson Hybrid I had set my heart on three days earlier was already sold, not exactly what I wanted to hear after driving over an hour to the appt. It was a disappointment but he gave all the necessary context to help us understand just how quickly these cars were selling given the current market. We discussed at length the factors of my expiring lease, my options, and the potential compromises I would have to make. He was always extremely straight-forward, which I appreciated. We went over the expected deliveries of Tucson Hybrids coming in over the next series of weeks, and I ultimately chose to put a deposit on the model and trim I wanted, at the compromise of the car being white (a color I usually tried to avoid, personal preference). We shook hands and I marked the calendar for when it was scheduled to be delivered. The vehicle arrived over a week early and Matt called me FOUR times in a row to ensure I knew (me being propped up in a dentist's chair at the time, quite preoccupied with a mouth full of fingers). When I was able to call him back, we set up an appt for the following day to wrap up the transaction and hand over my old Tucson for the new. It was clearly a busier day. Matt somehow juggled three sets of clients at the same time, and I never felt any frustration or stress from him despite that. In fact, he managed to still be super pumped for me and my partner who, after giving the hybrid a test drive, were very thrilled with our decision. He really came through then, helping us navigate some issues we were having with updating the insurance - going as far as to facilitate the call and let us fax over some documents to them, staying past closing time to have everything done and dusted. Finding the car I was really hoping for was a very stressful process, but Matt had definitely helped us navigate that process with proactive professionalism and care. And my god, that 2022 Tucson Hybrid drives like a dream. I understand why it's been so tricky to get my hands on one!

Our sales rep Matt was an absolute professional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to what my wife and I were looking for and found us the perfect car for our family at a fair price. Never felt forced to buy anything. I just wanted to take a moment and say what a magnificent experience me and my family had here at Wayne Hyundai. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out with our new vehicle, the whole process was flawless. I personally want to thank all the sales managers that help accommodate our needs and get us to the payment we needed to be. Our salesman was amazing with his knowledge of the vehicle and how he didnt put any pressure when presenting the numbers to us. I highly recommend this dealer for all your buying and servicing needs.

Buying a new car process can be hectic but not when you do some research beforehand and choose a dealership with great reputation. Wayne Hyundai is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. We dealt with our sales agent JR who was super cool and knowledgeable about the car we purchased and had an instant answer to all our questions. There was absolutely no pressure or any sales tactic that he used but rather just gave us all important information about the process very straight forward. Everyone was extremely friendly yet professional without any kind of sales pressure. I've enjoyed doing business here and will absolutely be back. Pricing on the cars will be fair value, the buying process is easy, and my wife and I left with a great deal on our new Car. Thanks Again JR
