        I spoke to someone at Enterprise and requested they participate in an RFI for my company. They indicated they would and then never responded. If you are looking for customer service, do not go to this company.

        They will try to convince you to purchase protection products say no . Your options are to call your insurance to see if it covers commercial or your credit card will cover it . You do not need to show proof of your coverage thats a unethical tactic they use.

        Katherine from enterprise fleet management is super unprofessional. Not sure how she works for a management company and lacks customer service. Whole time on the phone and shes speaking over me telling me she does not care about anything Im talking about to return the vehicle please explain to me how do you guys speak to people like that at a place of work? Disgusted will never rent from enterprise again!
