The lady at the to-go window was rude. I said please and thank you and was very courteous and she treated me like a rude gas station attendant.

Best coffee and lunch around staff is super good and friendly when you come in ask them for a kubono coffee it is the best not made anywhere else and it's not on the menu

Their drinks are usually on point. But their music is very loud, to the point it feels like they dont want people sitting in there for more than 10 minutes.
