We were booking this hotel for our wedding and they were giving us a hard time and had issues trying to get in contact with the lady to set up a block of rooms for our party. The day before we checked in we went in and asked if we could check in early the day of and the older lady that was there was very rude and told us no check in was 3pm. The next morning we called and a different lady( who was great!) and said there were rooms available and we can come check in. I wish they gave us a better room since it was my wedding but our view was looking at the roof. Kind of upset they charged for breakfast since other hotels Ive been to served it for free. Other than the very rude older lady working the desk, our visit was ok but wouldnt recommend staying at this location.
Rooms: Room was nice wish we had better view

I was there for a zoom meeting.
I did enjoy the breakfast when I arrived. The service was excellent.

Beautiful setting very quiet. The front desk staff was very welcoming.
Rooms: Very comfortable room with with great bedding.
Nearby activities: Not too much in the immediate area other than a ice rink but easily accessible the shopping in a close proximity.
Safety: Very safe location especially for a Solo Traveler.
