I booked this March 25th & I told them I needed a pool for my daughter, the day of my daughters party, a hour before her party on April 6th I was notified that the pool was closed and since I booked non refundable I cant get my money back, I asked to speak to a manager they wouldnt transfer me, we were having a yelling cursing match over the phone, when they were in fact WRONG, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Homewood Suites In East Rutherford is where I booked a hour before my daughter party, the pool was open and staff made sure they found me a room at the last minute. HOME2SUITES DOES NOT HAVE FRIENDLY STAFF AND DO NOT CARE IF THEY WERE IN THE WRONG, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

My partner , my two toddlers and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. We booked this hotel for two days just to get away from our apartment , away from our nosey , loud , annoying neighbors and get peace to actually talk confidently while also relaxing . We booked the 1 queen size bed suite , it came with a sofa bed and curtain to divide the room , cute kitchen area with sink , microwave, dishwasher and came with coffee machine , dishes to use and a full size refrigerator. The kids were playing around and also watching YouTube on the tv , while we got to talk about our goals and plans . Very clean room , nice shower , and honestly it was just like a comfortable retreat . Will visit again when the pool reopens

Google maps is not good in this area. Rooms were clean but blinds were broken and bathroom door wouldn't stay closed in 2 of the units. Pocket doors.

Honestly Im here for work and they made me feel at home . Even in the middle of the night I really needed some milk and the front desk guy was nice enough to find me a cup ! Breakfast is great , no noisy halls. Clean very clean
