The doctor is excellent, but having very hard time talking to his assistant. Have a surgery scheduled, and it is about 9 days I was promised paperwork to be sent to my PCP office. Nobody sends anything. 2 days trying to get through: getting hung on 4 times in a row; replying that all are in meeting and the message cannot be delivered, need to call again. Calling again, nobody answers, hangs on me, and then tells that it is already late. 2 days that I left a voice message- nobody returning a call. Such an obvious indifference and neglect to patients' requests and needs

Amazing practice- the staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Roth is one of the most amazing doctors/surgeons I have ever met. He treated my Mom with the utmost respect, listened to her concerns and when she requested he discuss her healthcare plan with me (I wasn't able to be at her appt), he called me and spoke to me at length about her MRI results, his recommendations for surgery and addressed all concerns. He also told me he wouldn't go ahead with a surgery if she wasn't comfortable. He was also amazing the day of her surgery- from pre-op, to the OR, post-op..the whole nine yards. He even called me back to help guide us through questions about her pain meds (he wasn't on call that evening). I highly recommend him. His bedside manner is impeccable and his passion for helping people shows.

I visited after I had a fall. The practice in very clean. They are Covid compliance. The front desk employee Kelly was very professional & friendly. Amanda the MA was very empathetic. Dr. J Roth was amazing. He treated me with respect & explained my injury & plan of treatment . He is a great Doctor!
