        Bought a printer from them a couple of years ago because they seemed knowledable. Also I was told if there was ever any problem their repair department could fix it. This week I had to buy a new ink cartridge for it and also there was a paper jam. Bought and installed cartridge but couldnt reach the paper jam so took it to Staples repair department to be told the rollers were broken and could not be repaired. They showed me a new one at $169.00 and the same as dismissed me. Offhand unfriendly and rude. Young man needs a job away from customer service! Bottom line is I took the printer to anothe repair man. Cleaned and paperjam removed $ 55.00 Thank you. There are other alternatives to Staples!
