Items always arrive on time (sometimes early), & well packed. Wait time is usually next day after order placement.

I walk in nobody else in store. No one greeted me. I look at a manager who look away. A girl behind print counter never ask if i need anything. Another girl acting like she was putting up stock didnt ask me anything. I went and found the printer ink I needed then decided to spend my money somewhere else that will at least say hello. Just a bunch of dead eyed Zombies! Keep a weather eye

If you are looking at this place for Amazon returns, go somewhere else. They will either reject you for the size of the item (needs to be smaller than a shoebox) or they will take huge offense when you try to show them the return on your phone to clarify something. Ive shown my phone to people doing returns dozens of times and they understood what I was trying to do. Its a part of doing Amazon returns. But Ive never had a clerk snap at me like that before. They just dont like doing Amazon returns at all and it shows. Go to a Kohls or a UPS store instead. Ive never had issues with Amazon returns at those locations in the Cottonwood Mall area.

They had what I wanted and at an exceptionally good price. They were very courteous and quick in getting the order from storage.

The self print area does not work regardless of any USB you have, not to mention the lack of help and utter idiocy (guy told me they can't put the USB in their computer cause it wouldn't work yet I've done it multiple times) but no surprised considering the employee seemed slow. Don't bother wasting your time coming here for help printing anything out
