Navy Federal Bill pay is the worst. They did pay some bills but not all of them and failed to deduct from my account even though had money in it. So some bills got paid some did not . I got late fees from utilties, , credit cards, etc. Navy Federal has its bill pay service done by a company called Fiserve. N-Fed CS tried to fix it but cant. so I get sent to a collections by Fiserve. N-Fed CS got hung up on by this company while I was at the CS desk. So CS tell me she found out Fiserve has some very major problems with their systems, but cant fix anything. Navy Fed also has some major problems with their new online banking as well. I had to open another account at another credit union so I can have bill pay service that works. Nay Fed -Fiserve bill pay shut down my bill pay account. 3 weeks and still not fixed so many problems with Navy Federal what mess this is.

If you care about how your loved ones will be cared for after death regarding finance do not bank here. Uptown branch US Bank was way better at handling all of my needs regarding my mother's passing. Navy Federal transfer me a bunch of times did their best to incur fees and we're overall despicable and unlawful in their handling.

I signed up for an auto loan with 5.2% APR only to find that the loan and fees are drastically higher. Im really disappointed by their business practices as I calculated in the 5.2% APR and am now really worried about these monthly payments that are $60.69 higher than anticipated and reviewed. Im so upset by their business practices. Its unreal, fraudulent and misleading.
