perfectly fine hotel to stop for the night not luxury and wouldnt stay for more than the night but definitely great to stop during road trip for the night. walls are a little thin and echoey. tv didnt work but also didnt care enough to ask for it to be fixed. perfectly decent hotel breakfast was great to get you back on the road in the morning just a couple items but the waffles and biscuits and gravy were good. didnt feel dirty deposit was a little high but if you use cash you dont have to wait for your card to waive any holds. other reviews were iffy but didnt have any problems for the night felt safe.

This is our second stay and it is a nice and friendly personel. Front office quick and easy, very proficient. I totally recommend it here.
Rooms: The rooms are cozy and I loved that they have a gym, very clean.

We originally booked at doubletree in downtown but cancelled cause this hotel had a in service pool and was the only one available. But little did we know when you book at the only available hotel in alberqurque their has to be something wrong, and their was. BEDBUGS! Immediately regret our decision. Wish I read the other reviews first before booking but here I am. If it wasnt for my wife insisting to stay cause it was late, I would have took the loss on the non refundable deposit. I woke up w red bite marks on my back, side of my face and Im still itchy. Check the sheets, (all layers) the pillows and the mattress creases. I wouldnt stay at this hotel for free if it was offered. Do the owners know how big of a problem these critters are? We had to throw our clothes in the dryer before leaving and HOPE we dont take them home. Dont reply that the rooms are handled by a pest control. The only thing that kills bed bugs is EXTREME heat, chemicals dont work anymore. The staff was actually really nice so its a shame this kind of review needs to be left. But this review is meant for the owners and corporate to correct, and hopefully the health department because this cant be allowed to continue. To
clarify, my stay can be validated to the hotel manager or corporate.

Also the room was rented out, with no further complaints. I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest has a comfortable stay.
