I've called 4 times and left messages asking for someone to return my call and I still haven't heard back. It's infuriating because MY money is on the other side of that phone call, and my hands are tied until I can talk to someone there.

I had heard that this company was the best in New Mexico from my lawyer and maybe they were before 2020 but I signed up with them to manage and close out a 401k in 2020 and it has taken them 2 years and the project has been drawing out costing me thousands of dollars in fees for a job that was supposed to be completed at the end of 2020. I repeatedly tried to contact my representative who was unresponsive for almost a year and at first the supervisor said my emails were being lost in a spam box and then months later the rep I was working with just stopped showing up to work and it went unnoticed by the company for weeks before they reached out to me to rectify the situation. It has been a very expensive, stressful and inconvenient experience working with this company. I would not recommend.
