Waited in drive thru line for about 15 minutes before getting to the order part; was told they couldnt take orders over a system fallout. I had 10 or so cars behind me and not a single employee thought to come out and tell the line they couldnt take orders. I had to sit for 30 more minutes while every single car in front of me got their order because their drive thru is all closed off so you cant leave. My whole lunch break spent in line at a place that wasnt taking orders. And then the car behind me stopped at the window. Was I the only one they couldnt take an order for??

Always good food and service when I stop in. Usually get food through the drive thru, so my experience is limited

We like their hot wings, had to wait till they made fresh, which is fine who wouldn't want fresh. The employees are very nice.

I placed my order with the app while at the truckstop. I walked across to TB & as I entered to use bathroom before picking up my food. The cashier tells me the bathroom are closed. I said ok, I placed my order with the app. She checked & said it would be up shortly. Then said she would go clean the bathroom for me. When she was done cleaning the bathroom I told her management would change it's policy if people just started s#iting & pi$$ing at the front door. When I was done in the bathroom my food still wasn't ready. You really should rethink your policy.

Thanks for shutting down dining area as our high school softball team was walking towards door at 734 pm ! I'm sure ARBY'S appreciated the $150 that we would have spent at your establishment. I'll do my part to spread the word to the other schools athletics coaches and bus drivers that our business doesn't matter to you.
