I love Arby's you have the best commercials in the world but I think their menu is just way too big I never know what I want when I get there I just have to go by the commercial?

Stopped by last night to get me a cheddar and beef sandwich with my favorite crinkled fries my wife had the roast beef no cheddar a season fries and the white cheddar cheese

We've been going to this Arby's for many, many years and it can be a really disappointing experience.
Employees not washing their hands before donning gloves. Employees stepping away from handling the food and then handling money without removing their gloves then going back to handling food with those money contaminated gloves it too common an occurrence. Delivery of the food is often slow when dining in.
My last visit I had to deal with a self important and arrogant guy so I just walked out and went across the road to get a Whopper.
When complaints are made the owners do little to nothing to resolve the problems and don't seem interested in monitoring the lack of performance by some of their employees.
As a fast food shack on a busy Interstate this Arby's should leave travelers with a feeling they got good service, especially at Arby's prices, but if travelers are smart they'll just drive on to Albuquerque to get their Arby's fix.
EDIT: Arby's canned response is a joke.
I have contacted Arby's corporate with my experiences and concerns regarding the Arby's in Moriarty, NM on numerous occasions over the years.
Improvements, if any, were short lived.
That tells me that both Arby's corporate and the owner of this Arby's couldn't care less about the health and safety of their customers or the lack of customer service.
EDIT: 3/31/22 Drove to the Arby's on Juan Tabo in Albuquerque.
That Arby's is everything the Arby's in Moriarty should be and more.
Even if you live in Moriarty it's WELL worth the drive to Albuquerque to get your Arby's fix.

Service was very slow, only one car ahead of us and we were there for almost 15 minutes. The order was correct though....I have NEVER been to an Arby's that got it right when I say "light mustard", but this one nailed it!
