Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge Service

I was there for my carplay screen disappeared, did not show google map when I connect to the phone, (maybe it was not even a problem, it was just needed to change the settings), they charged me $205.00, and they said they updated the radio!! What is to do about radio and google map on the screen?!! I paid and left! I realized still same problem!! I went back, Robert took my phone without my permission!, which was unlocked and he was in the area that I am not allowed to be there, he said he fixed the problem in 10 min! And he said he also updated my phone!! Really? Am I here for it and paid 200 bucks!! What was I charged for in the first place?? Update the radio which is I never use it!! They kept me waiting saying "it is almost ready"! I was there at 9.00 am, I was told to pick it up at 11.00am, but I picked my car at 3 pm! 5 hours! For radio update, 200 bucks!! What makes you that people do not understand what you are trying to do? I wish I got a Toyota, my friend has Toyota and never has those problems!! Disappointment!!
