Booked for a familiy of five, the website states that the room accomodates 5 (i have screenshots). After I (!!) found out that the room only hosts 4, I communicated with the hotel. Their idea is to nearly double the price, so my party can sleep . I dont want to accept that as it is theier fault. Now I am ghostetd: No messages from the hotel - bit the reservation is still valid. Seems they don't want to stand in for their own mistakes and don't care for the customer. Very bad customer experience!!

Shout out to Erika in housekeeping! The room looked brand new every day we walked in. So rare to find people who show evidence of pride in their work. If no one has said so, let me tell you; "Erika, you are greatly appreciated!" Housekeeping made our stay at this hotel. Everyone else did a great job as well, but coming back to the room after a long day out in the city to a fresh and clean space made much needed rest so much easier. 5 stars Rooms: Rooms are up to date. Food & drinks: Great taco food truck was across the street and you MUST try Texas Burgers and Chicken down the street. From the hotel, take a left you l you'll find it on your left.
