Saif and his team was reliable, skillful, professional and, above all, very thoughtful and caring. We live in a 100-yr-old apartment building, and we renovated the only bathroom we have, so we had to live in a hotel during construction. They spent time to update us on the progress and went beyond our expectations to assure our early return. Also, the project faced many surprises due to the aged building. They quickly came up with a solution, made sure we understand it, and always did their best to fix/improve the situation. We highly recommend A. K. Azad to anyone for any project. If they take the job, they will make sure you are happy with the result.

I was left with a demolished apt and needed a complete renovation ASAP! Not knowing any contractors I simply googled “my zip code and contractor” and A.K. AZAD Construction Co. was my result. I called Saif for an estimate and was presented with a fair price with insightful/cost effective suggestions. Work included- wood flooring, exterior doors, painting interior, new bathrooms, full kitchen, installing new closets, ceiling insulation, lighting, electrical, plumbing work, etc. The renovation was completed professionally, under time, and most importantly within budget!!! Saif is a CAPABLE and PROFESSIONAL individual who goes above and beyond. I appreciated his suggestions and his ability to communicate throughout the duration of the project.
