Excellent service! I believe my last visit was the third time Ive been there. No problems, very responsive, and excellent communication when making reservations for service. I especially like that they are familiar with the Smart Fortwo, since not too many mechanics are. They also appear to be experts on hybrids, which is rare. Jordan follows up to make sure everything has gone well with your service.

I rarely leave reviews but this was such a great experience. Had to bring my Alfa Romeo in for brake pad replacement because mine were dangerously low and my dealer was very expensive and far then I found Bay Diagnostic. Mike the manager, Nick the mechanic, and Jordan the owner were so professional and helpful from start to finish. Pricing is very fair and service is top notch. If you have a car and need a honest, caring and knowledgeable shop then Bay diagnostic is the place for you. Lastly, if I could I would give this business 10 stars. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a mechanic that specializes in smart cars because they are very hard to find and lo and behold I came across bay diagnostics I gave them a call and I spoke to Jordan. We spoke briefly regarding the smart car, and he explained everything to me was very knowledgeable on a make up this car. I explained to him what my troubles are, and he told me to bring it in very professional, very knowledgeable, he explained to me what start with a tuneup and thats what he did. I was very happy with the service. I also have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. Ive been going to the same mechanic with all my cars for about 20 years but Im about to bring in my Chevy Tahoe truck for them to change the oil because I just love the professionalism friendliness And overall quality of service I should add the Smart Cars have issues with the tires or should I say tire sensors when I brought it to him they were on and they took care of that as well. I found my mechanic I would highly recommend anyone to check them out. Thanks again guys see you soon.
