    The room was extremely small. I found a long hair in my bed when I pulled back the covers. This is their idea of enhanced cleaning. The hot tub and juice machine were out of order and pool was very cold. This was the main reason for our visit; a relaxing warm pool and hot tub. Very disappointing. Nobody was in the pool as it was freezing cold. They claim due diligence but expedia website does not show pool and hot tub out of order as claimed.Nobody called to notify us Staff are less than welcoming. It is disheartening to see that our room was not up to the standards of most hilton properties. It is frustrating to have been cramped in a small room and to find cleanliness issues upon arrival. Furthermore, the lack of available seating options in the room, the malfunctioning hot tub, and the unpleasant encounter at breakfast eg food not delivered,lack of items and no juice are disappointing .There are better options in this area.If you don't take care of your customers someone else will. Their 100 % satisfaction guarantee is a joke! To the owner You have my number. If you want to make this right call me and I do not appreciate being laughed by your staff when trying to explain and prove that the expedia website did not highlight out of order hot tub and pool.

    When we arrived we were greeted with tons of information. So much in fact we forgot. It would have been nice to be given an informational guide at the counter. Or post that information on the room door. We were not told how to get to the pool so we had to wait in line at the counter to get directions. The pool was only open between 6 pm - 10 pm. That was a disappointment because we planned on using it as soon as we checked in at 3 pm. Also the spa was unavailable. We had to find another activity until our dinner reservation. The pool room was warm and they offered towels poolside with plenty of seating. It goes from 3 ft to 5 ft. Our room was very small with two queen size beds. The bathroom was a decent size with a barn sliding door. They offered lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bottles attached to the wall. One bar soap and 2 makeup remover wipes on the counter. We were given several towels but one had a very long strand of hair on it. We went downstairs for breakfast the next morning. It was a nice selection of hot and cold items to choose from. It's served from 6 am to 10 am I believe. My coffee was pretty good until I got to the bottom and found coffee grounds. I wish we had time for the fitness center which is 24 hours but didn't have enough time. Outside of the small hiccups here and there it was an OK experience.

Staff are less than welcoming. It is disheartening to see that our room was not up to the standards of most hilton properties.
