        Easy access to airport. Most destinations we visited were less than 25 minutes away. Easy drive to Niagra Falls.

        Dirty room, adults knocking on doors until 1am. 3h of partying in the hallway with ZERO intervention from staff. Would only recommend for convenience to airport. At least call me the right name in a response. Shows the attention to detail that I would expect from this location. Rooms: Dirty and dated. Room had hair everywhere. Bathroom sink counter was nasty. Food & drinks: With how dirty the rooms were I wouldn't think of eating here. Noteworthy details: Very close to airport for easy access.

        We stayed here Easter weekend to see a hockey game at Keybank Center. The hotel and our room was clean and well maintained. It was not loud considering it's directly across from the airport. We were able to pick the room we wanted on the Hilton app the day before, so we picked the 5th floor at the end of the hallway furthest from the elevator. The lady at the front desk was lovely and our check in was easy and quick. We prepaid for breakfast through Expedia which was a great deal. We were there Easter morning and the staff at the restaurant - Marie (server) and the Polish Chef - were amazing and the food was delicious! The pancakes and potatoes are a must-try! We even got to try special Polish Easter Bread. Thank you for your hospitality! We had dinner at the American Grill the night before and the food was delicious then too - we had the wings, BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Kid's burger (bigger than most Canadian adult burgers) and Kids Grilled Cheese. We used the pool for a bit too before the hockey game and our kids loved it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here. P.S. Someone posted a review here saying all good reviews are fake - this one isn't. Maybe they thought they were getting a really great deal on the Four Seasons rather than the Hilton Garden Inn Food & drinks: Food and service is great at American Grill
