Can I just say, Jenna you are an absolute doll and pleasure to work with. You gave me so many interior style ideas and furniture ideas that would look great in the space. Thank you for allowing me to ask 1000 questions all day and night. I moved in the beginning of the year and I love it at 15 Bond, highly recommend.

After checking out several luxury apartments in the Bayside and Great Neck areas, 15 Bond was a no-brainer. The location, conveniences like Tesla chargers, all new units and most utilities and internet included made it the perfect place for us while also having the best value. We worked with Jenna and she was patient and informative showing us all the units that made sense for us until we found the perfect one. Ashley, who is the community manager, was a great help as well.
