        Don't go with the brand name. Worst experience after buying property possession was in sept 2021 till now no name of possession of Godrej Greens Project, Pune.#saynotogodrejproperties.

        Godrej is the worst property developer. As a NRI I feel cheated with how they deal. Their quality is horrible. They gave us a broken apartment and while it was being fixed charged astronomical maintenance fees even when the apartment was being fixed. They also have hoodwinked completion quality. If you want to buy, go to DLF. Total different experience. Vivek Pal
