      They will hold your money from cd and play with you for few days , service is horrible
      Do not use this bank , they dont do anything and cant help with anything at branch

      image If there was a negative star, it wouldn't be enough. RUN as fast as you can from this branch and any other Capital One Branches.It'll take you several "appointments" to sit with someone to open an account and then 7 Business days for your funds to clear. HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!!!
