        Banker here refused to open a bank account with me using a coupon that came in the mail. Another branch was able to do it without a problem

        I went there to make a wire transfer yesterday. I provided my NY ID and my SS#. The banker asked for the driver license I used to open the account more than15 years ago. Its an IN driver license and I no longer have it. Over the years I have moved multiple times. The banker then went to speak to the branch manager. The branch manager came and told me to update my information with my home branch. I went to my home branch the branch manager provided and was told that the branch manager had notated my account and prevented anyone from doing anything with my account.
