Worst customer service ever. Came in twice in one day and got nothing done, all the while the employees had me running around in circles. Heard whispers of anti-semitism.

Went there to get notory for legal papers on my day off from work so I was dressed casually ( jeans & polo ). A teller had suggested to wait for a service representative in the booth. Three others seated were greeted and provided services. No other guest was around, we were totally ignored. All 3 reps. went about on phone calls. To wait over an hour when they knew the teller had sent us over, felt discriminated. Rude and unprofessional. Surely will take my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Closing my checking,savings, IRA and credit cards with citi bank. Been member with your CItiBank for years. Never have I felt so embarrassed & frustrated taking out money from my account. Decided to stop at this CitiBank only because my wedding venue 6 mins away from the closest bank for me to withdraw with a teller before closing. Had my debit card and nyc ID along with venues invoice. Pushed card put in pin gave ID, teller did not have enough on her draw called supervisor and this is when the Racial profiling started - supervisor Asma asked why I did I not withdraw money from my neighborhood? I explained I was doing my wedding rehersal at venue, showed once again invoice of this being my last payment and cash was needed. Asma looked in computer and then asked my full social security number which I gave to her then asked why I had that amount of money in my IRA account. Which I also explained also to her. I asked Asma what my IRA account had to do with my withdrawal because I was withdrawing from my checking account. My question upset Asma who said she could not do my withdrawal transaction and walked off into back office. I tried asking for someone of higher authority but was told no one else could help. At this time Im now in the bank for an hour and a half trying to ask or find out why I cannot get my own money from account. Teller went back to speak with Asma who came back presisting she would not do this transaction go back to my bank. Asma said she would call the cops because closing time has approached and I she would not do the transaction. I kept asking why ?? Asma now asked for my signature which still did not help because she still refused to do this transaction. I started crying I could not believe this was happening to me on this joyous day. Asma took this happiness away. I took a seat in the waiting area and called my investment banker who contacted immediately contacted customer service which noted my account and on speaker from my spoke with Asma at branch who now decided she will complete the transaction. Representative explained no restrictions was on account and was also confused why I could not get withdrawal with teller completed. Noted account on incident. Now Asma decided she would complete withdrawal.. After 2 hours and 15 mins I left this bank 710pm . Asma racial profiled me, telling belittled me, told me to I was doing fraud to my face with my bank card, my New York State ID correct pin this was very hurtful, unacceptable and embarrassing. I have done withdrawals for way more than that day. As a customer I thought I could use any branch as a citi memeber better yet as a CIti priority customer. I should not be treated this way by anyone. Ive made many withdraws from many different branches and never been Ill treated or embarrassed in this way. I
