Waste of time. Called on Nov 11 to make an Apt they said they would call me back within 24-48 hours so 15th the latest due to weekends. Got a miss call with no voice mail so didnt call back. Called weds to see whats going on with the service and they stated the only contact info they had for the region was a email address. Calling ecomaids number goes to corporate not the region number so theres no way to contact directly. After corporate sent a email to the region I received a called about an hour later and they were able to evaluate my property the next day on 17th. The women who evaluated my place said the earliest they could arrive would be the 20th at noon. I received a call 30 min prior to their expected arrival stating that they wont be able to do service on time and earliest may be at 2pm which was fine. I get a call back at 1pm stating that they have to cancel service for the day and would not be able to arrive until maybe next week. I just moved into my apartment on the 15th and needed it cleaned a week ago. The area that needed to be cleaned was only 200sqft to deep clean the bathroom, the fridge and stove. If i knew this was going to happen i would have cleaned it myself. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you need your place cleaned call someone else.

Complete waste of time. Called on Nov 11th (friday) to set up an appointment. Number is a corporate number and you are unable to directly contact the region. Corporate said someone will reach out within 24-48 business hours so Tuesday the 15th the latest. Noticed a miss call tuesday but no voicemail was left. Contacted corporate weds morning and they said they could only reach out to the region by email as they dont have a number on file. Got a call back from the region 30 min after getting off with corporate. Lady said she called tues but when i asked why they didnt leave a voicemail they had no answer. They were able to get someone to evaluate my place the next day Nov 17th. Only needed the Fridge, Stove, and bathroom cleaned which was less than 150sqft. I was told they can schedule me for Sunday at noon. Sunday comes around and 30 min before my appointment i get a call saying there is a delay and wont be able to arrive until 2 due to staffing. At 1pm i get another call saying they cant come at all. 9 days after my initial call and service couldnt be completed. I moved into my Apartment on the 15th and needed this deep clean done over a week ago this is unacceptable. Wouldnt recommended to anyone. I have no idea how they have 5 star reviews on here. Week behind on my move in waiting for cleaners just to do it myself. I would have done it a week ago if i knew this was going to happen.

I used them in the past and they didn't meet my expectations. They are no good. I will not use them again.

We have used Ecomaids twice now and will continue to do so. When we first moved into our new place, we needed a deep clean in preparation for hosting out of town family coming in for our baby shower. Ecomaids did a great job cleaning everything, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Now with a newborn, it's hard to find time to clean everything so having Ecomaids come once a month is great quality of life improvement. They are able to do a better job than we can because of their specialized tools and expertise. Of note, their giant duster is great for improving air quality as we have several people with sensitive noses. Thank you Ecomaids for being professional and doing such a great job tidying our house.
