Don't use this "cleaning service" if you want a deep clean of your house. Don't be fooled (like we were) by all the reviews on here or the information on their website.
They don't do deep cleans. They don't have any cleaning products that would allow for a deep clean, not even a degreaser, let alone cleaning equipments like a basic mop for the floors. None of the tough stains, grease, grimy buildup were cleaned in the end (corners of bathroom floor, stove hood, grates, large portions of the kitchen cabinets, etc.). On the phone during my booking, they also made it clear that they wouldn't clean our oven because we could just use self-cleaning (horrible idea with all the fumes that creates, plus a red flag already). On top of that, they created such an uncomfortable situation for us that it was impossible to direct them without getting accused for "watching them and making them nervous." After they left, we came to know exactly why they didn't want us to see what they were up to.
They also lie on their website about "disinfecting sneakers and in addition wearing booties." When we showed concern about this, they were quick to insult us by saying that our floors were dirty anyway, that they didn't want to get their socks dirty for our "religious" requirements (what an ignorant statement) and that they would leave every space last after cleaning the floor (another lie, we had to disinfect the entire floor downstairs after they left). This wasn't because they needed more time to clean our house, but because their time management and task prioritization were simply horrible.
Finally, I should mention that they didn't keep their word many times on confirming our appointment and also rescheduled last minute on the day of to a later time slot (which they ended up extending again).
Overall, none of the above is indicative of a "professional" service in any way, shape or form. We paid almost $400 for 2 hours and learned the hard way that there are companies out there that will do a proper clean (including your oven) with their own products and equipment for way less money and with way less hands on deck.
