Lenyn you were 100% approved when you first came in and did the credit application 47 days ago. Chase banks approvals are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days its basically starting all over again. New application and inquiry which they declined you as your credit was not fit for a $73,000 loan on a M5. We even tried other lenders who declined you as well. Its not our fault you don't pay your bills. Your insurance can be cancelled for a full refund just call the insurance company and tell them you never got the vehicle. There was never any poor customer services we attempted to reach out to you dozens of times before expiration of your approval and you just ghosted us. Also when you inquired 2 months ago the listed price was $63,000 today its a new market in spring and the listed price is $66,000. No ones buying a M5 Comp in the dead of winter. But now its 70 degrees outside and the market has adjusted. The new price was no surprise as its listed on our website and all over. Instead of you fighting with our staff you can get a larger down payment or a cosigner to try for a reapproval. This review is not the facts and based on your feelings being hurt.
