I'm hoping they can help, it was actually avis and the company is a complete joke! It has been a nightmare right from the beginning, rented a car from Wilkes-Barre PA and drove to Buffalo, had to stop twice to put air in the rear tire. I made it home and planned to fill tire in morning and return. The tire wasn't movable and there was no spare so roadside assistance came to pick up the car. I called to make sure I wasn't charged for not filling tank and ended up arguing with both the agent then the supervisor located in India!! Now I'm getting messages that the car hasn't been returned and to call to extend rental! Finally I drove my car to an Avis rental location and hopefully it will be solved. Save yourself some headaches and avoid this company completely!!

No one likes the price of a rental, but Mark is a good guy, knowledgeable and quick service. I found the car clean and ready to go!

This service was horrible. When we walked in to pick up our truck, Mark was standing on the phone chit chatting and ignoring us when we walked in for a good 20 minutes. Then when we returned the truck we were told we would get an emailed receipt because they do not give paper receipts. What?! Upon watching my credit card, they over charged me by $15 and refused to send me a receipt to see the break down of charges. In fact, when I called the Orchard Park, NY budget, Mark was very rude and rushed me off the phone telling me to call customer service. When calling customer service, I was told by Mary that I did not have the 20% discount for military added to my account, yet when I booked this online, it shows it directly that I do have the 20% off on the reservation. Horrible service and they love to overcharge hoping you never pay attention to your card. Buyer beware at all costs!

The manager at the orchard park, New York location is rude. The way he talk to me was unprofessional. There was an issue with leaving my personal vehicle on the lot. I was called 24 hours after my car had been dropped off already on my way out of town when the manager had called me and told me that I cant park where I did. After I explained to him, I had no idea because the lady checking me in never explained anything to me or asked me about my personal vehicle he told me it wasnt up to his employees to ask I shouldve asked. The way he spoke to me was condescending and disrespectful. 5 days later when I had returned to pick up my vehicle, he had told me not to do that again. this location needs someone else to run the show. So sad.
