        I rented a truck through website which stated they had truck available. When I got there the guy had such a bad attitude. Asked for a discount on delay he stated absolutely not. Called orchard park location who were absolutely wonderful. And helped us out with a truck. Also surprised with this kids attitude, with his general manager sitting there who didnt care how he treated customers.
