Slowest checkout lines of all time!! The pharmacy hours are not posted. Its definitely different than the store hours.

Rite Aid in Hartsdale is a great place to go. The Pharmacists are knowledgeable and kind as is there staff.

Right aid is the best pharmacy with 2 pharmacists G and Carla who are both knowledgeable and understanding of patient needs. The store manager Steve is always quick to help a customer and Linda who works up front is the best. The pharmacists assistants are helpful and knowledgeable, especially Emily and Melinda.

Never again! Never again I will allow this place fool me. I come to this pharmacy very often bc it is very close to my gym. But I started noticing that they charge me different prices (higher prices) than it is written on tags. You know, like all other pharmacies, they have deals like "buy 1 get another one free", or "discounted price today". I have a Rite Aid card. But lately 3 times in a row all the discounts "as advertised" were not applied. First time I haven't notices it, second time I pointed to a different price, had to prove myself and insist on discount that was applied. Today it happened again and the cashier insisted that the price was different, even we came together to a stand. I said to myself that it is enough. 3rd time in a row. Never again I enter this pharmacy. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!

I went for my flu shot. I had an appointment and was not told that I needed my medicare card. I had my insurance card which no one would try. I had to go home to get my medicare card in order to get the vaccine. I DID NOT need my medicare card and what was needed was my insurance card, which I had with me...! Such incompetence! I am sure that I was not the first to get a flu shot and they should have known what card(s) was needed!!
