Rich and Nick are unbelievable. They came in to the office, evaluated what we needed to do (and it was a whole lot!) to get our network running more efficiently. These guys are an all-in-one service provider. As we are working through the innovations they put into place, they never stop checking in with us to be sure we are "getting it." Any questions or concerns that we do encounter get answered in minutes. I could not think of a better situation to be in than letting Key Tech Services manage our network and software solutions. I think there should be a 6th star for rating this business.

Amazing group here.. Very professional and helpful immediately. I had a few computer and phone issues recently that needed immediate attention. They were very attentive and cured my issue right away so I was able to continue working. They saved me during what could have been a crisis for very important zoom & conference call where my computer locked up. Also assisted my cell phone having suspicious issues. I cannot thank them enough, will be using them on a go forward for any technical issues. I highly recommend them for any computer, technical needs. Great business, & feel lucky to have them as a neighbor in my office building!
